Bt kiosk removal update

​Following on from the question posed by a resident at the Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council on the 5thof April, contact has been made with British Telecom regarding the abandoned telephone kiosk in the High Street that is beginning to look an eyesore.  The notice attached re it’s removal is dated 6th October 2016.  Following discussions with a lady from BT today she confirmed that it is down for removal. They apparently have two years to fulfil this obligation. Unfortunately they are running behind schedule and therefore it may be as late as March 2019 before it is removed.  The parish council will continue to monitor this.
